Dear Want To Know,

There are a lot of women and men who may be experiencing what you’re going through right now. Perhaps you are feeling hurt, doubt, anxiety, stomach in knots, anger. Now, if you really want to reveal the truth of your situation, you must be centered in the truth. Think about how special you are. Think about how blessed you are. Think about how beautiful you are. Get on your throne. Now when you act, act on the feeling that flows from loving and respecting yourself.

Bring high energy to the moment when you face your partner. You are in a committed relationship and you have every right to ask your man what’s up. You don’t have to raise your voice, nor do you have to demand the truth. Be still and shine from a place of power. Be calm and have a conversation in a space that is safe for both of you. Remember you are talking to someone you care about who deserves your open mind. So far you don’t know that he’s done anything. Let him express himself without interruption and observe what kind of energy he brings to your energy.

High energy gels with high energy and trumps low energy. Is he forthcoming? Is he sincere? Is he defensive? Is he angry? The truth will be revealed.
